Dave Jenkins, Director of Licensing
Dave is CFSF’s Licensing Supervisor, overseeing the licensure of foster homes in Western Washington. Along with his supervisory duties, Dave also licenses homes. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Psychology from City University of Seattle.Dave has worked with children and families for the past 20 years – ten years as a youth pastor prior to joining CFSF. Since joining CFSF he has served as one of the original CFSF board members, coordinated the Respite, Case Aide and Training programs before becoming a Licensor.
Dave believes that foster parents hold the key to the future of foster children in our state.
Port Orchard Office
Lisa Crosswhite, Licensing Supervisor
Lisa is a Licensor with CFSF in the Port Orchard office, licensing homes in Western Washington on the Olympic Peninsula. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Services from Western Washington University. Lisa has worked for CFSF since 2014, first as a Case Aide and now Licensor. She previously interned with DCFS for 2 years and worked as a Program Director for a large child care center for 16 years. She and her husband have been foster parents and adopted 2 children into their family.
Lisa believes in foster care and adoption as a blessing for a child and the family who loves them. Foster parents hold a special place in Lisa’s heart as her role as a foster parent has led her to this work. She believes that foster parents are the key to a foster child’s success in life, and is happy to be supporting foster parents with CFSF.
