DESCRIPTION:You made the choice to step in and provide care for a child when they needed it. This choice changed the day-to-day rhythms of your life and the life of the child or children you are caring for. As a grandparent or relative caregiver\, this choice also changed your relationship with the child(ren)’s parents and sometimes with other adults in your family. In this course\, we will explore how family relationships between adults have change and how you feel about these changes. We will learn and practice solution-focused communication skills that might help in navigating relationships with the parents of the child(ren) you are caring for.
