Community & Family Services Foundation (CFSF) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to foster parents and the abused and neglected children they serve. We license and support foster parents who care for and nurture children, age birth to 21, who might be typically developing, have high needs, are at risk, developmentally disabled, medically fragile or pregnant and parenting teens, among other needs.
Our experienced staff strives to make the best possible placements of children, be it for foster/adopt, short-term or long-term foster care, receiving care, respite care or therapeutic care.
CFSF offers 24-hour crisis support, case management services, respite coordination, foster parent training, an onsite visitation center and, when appropriate, case aide support.
If your heart lies in caring for our State’s most vulnerable children please contact us.
“It is our goal to make foster parenting a joy and an honored place in our society.”
Mark Fullington, Executive Director
