It is amazing what a donation can do for a foster child. Whether it be used to reward a child for exceptional school performance or to purchase a bus pass to enable a youth to seek employment, it does make a difference!

We believe it is important for you to know how your tax deductible donations are used. We do not deduct administrative costs from your donation. (100% of your donation will be used to benefit children directly.)

Your donation will be used in one of the following ways:

•  Education – rewarding children for graduation, exceptional accomplishments and helping with education related
  fees and or materials
•  Camps – helping pay fees associated with camps.
• Extra-curricular activities – music lessons, sports fees, art classes, etc.
•  Transportation – bus tickets, ferry tickets

While we receive donations from corporations, they sometimes come with specific parameters on how the funds can be used. Your personal donations help children in ways that do not fall within these specific parameters…ways that help in normalizing a foster child’s life.

We are truly thankful to you. Your generosity makes a difference for foster children in need.

Volunteer

If you are interested in providing volunteer services for Community & Family Services Foundation, please forward your availability, needs and skill information to us. Keep in mind that because of the confidential nature of foster care we do not always have volunteer opportunities available…but be sure and check with us!
