Unlocking Report or Activities:
Open Report or Activity>Edit>Reject
Add Reason for Rejecting, click Reject
When Rejecting Reports or Activities signature(s) are removed
If you see SI, Hold, *, or ** contact the Licensor for more information
Due Date: = the date the form was started or completed (it is not the due date of the next report)
