Case Aide
- Delete Files
- Contact helpdesk@cfsf.net send the URL in the body of the email
- Case Aide Service Sheet and CFSF Visit Assignment Sheet
- Go to Case Roster>Foster Care Open Cases>Select Client
- Add New Report: “Case Aide Service Sheet” or “CFSF Visit Assignment Sheet”
- Performed By = You
- Enter pertinent information
- Click Complete when finished
- Print to save as a PDF
- Case Aide Approval Request
- Go to Case Roster>Foster Care Open Cases>Select Client
- Add New Report: “Case Aide Approval Request”
- Performed By = You
- Enter pertinent information
- Click “Submit for Approval”
- If rejected: you will receive an email with an explanation
- If approved by the supervisor, you will receive an email
- To Edit an Existing Report
- Go to Case Roster>Foster Care Open Cases>Select Client
- Click on the Case File tab
- Find the particular Report
- Click on edit
- Edit the field(s)
- Click Draft or Complete
When a file contains confidential data (for example HSSP, IBMP, etc) and needs to be sent electronically follow these instructions:
- Save the file(s) within a folder on your Desktop or into a shared Case aide folder.
- Right click the file and left click: Share
- A box: Share “filename“ opens

- *Note the dropdown arrow to the right of the Add a name, group or email box (and the Settings gear icon at the bottom) is set by default to: “Can View”. This should remain with this setting. This blocks the case aide from downloading to their personal device.
- Click Copy link
- Copy and paste the link in a new email within Outlook.
- In the To field add the Case Aide’s CFSF email address.
- Click Send
- Note: You can send multiple links within one email.
- The case aide can now view the file when needed from their email
Note: this is not for Case aide service sheets and activity logs as confidential data should not be on these documents.
