NEW PLACEMENTS
- New placements
- Go to Home Rosters>Licensed Homes
- Add New Report: “Child Placement Info”
- Confirm Submit To is “Fiscal Staff”
- Enter in the relevant information
- Look at the images below, copy and paste the CIPR or BRS Packet information within the “Child # CIPR or BRS Packet info” box
- For BRS make sure to add Social Worker, Intensive Resources Program Consultant, BRS Program Manager with thier contact information
- Click Draft if placement is NOT confirmed
- Once the placement is confirmed, open the report, enter in the Placement Date, click Submit for Approval
- If rejected: you will receive an email, correct the Report and resubmit for approval
- If approved by fiscal, you will receive an email, the form is now internally signed and fiscal has added the child
