Add New Placement
*If this is being entered by IT, follow steps 1 and 2. Send an email to Fiscal@cfsf.net
STEP 1
- After receiving an email about a completed Child Placement Info Report
- Click on the link within the email
- If the Expected Date field is filled in then the placement has not occurred or the staff member has not completed the form
- Reject the form and in the rejected information box add in the detail(s) of why
- If the CPI is correct move to STEP 2
- If the Expected Date field is filled in then the placement has not occurred or the staff member has not completed the form
- Click on the link within the email
STEP 2
- Copy name from CPI
- Go to Case Rosters>All Cases (Open + Closed)>Expand All
- Ctrl+F>Search for the child
- If child is currently placed, contact clinical
- If child is in Er but not activated
- Open the client
- Reopen>Readmit (New Case)
- Add pertinent information
- Click Ok
- If child is not in Er
- Go to Add Case>Click on the correct program
- Ctrl+F>Search for the child
- Add pertinent information under the General tab
- Change Case Manager
- Sec. Funding Org = Funding Org
- Add Social Worker within the People tab
- Include Full name, Email, and Phone #
- For BRS
- add clinical director, Social Worker, Intensive Resources Consultant, and Program Manager to the People tab with Full name, Email, and Phone #
- Click Save
STEP 3
- Add Initial Placement
- Enter in the pertinent information
- Change Placement Date
- Add Home
- Within the Comments tab copy and paste the CPI/BRS Packet
- click Save
STEP 4
- Complete + Approve the CPI
