Add, Delete, and Set Staff as Inactive
- Always go to Organizational Settings>User IDs (unless the staff member will not log into Er. In that case add as Staff Profile only)
- User IDs include
- Branch, Job Title, Email, Signature, Role, Security Rights
- Security Rights = User Group they are attached to
- User Group = Permissions to attach multiple staff members to
- Staff Profiles include
- what user ID they are attached to, Supervisor, Branch, Email
- If case aide or similar change Employment to Part time and Hours/Week to 0
- Main and mobile number should both be the CFSF Mobile # (unless they do not have one)
- If Case aide only Supervisor and hire date
- If Licensor or Case Manager check the Intake Worker box
- what user ID they are attached to, Supervisor, Branch, Email
- Link Inbox = an email address that can receive attachments
Adding Case Manager
- Workspace Setup everything unchecked
- Assign case manager to kid(s)
- Copy another case manager details if needed with additional roles
Staff Training
- Add Training to one staff member
- Go to Staff>Directory>Staff who took the training
- Click Add Training
- Add Date of training, Topic, # of Hours, Title. If applicable add Instructor and Location
- Do not upload a document as those will be uploaded into Payroll software
- Click Save
- Add Training to multiple staff members
- Go to Staff>Training
- Add Training for Multiple Staff
- Add Date of training, Topic, # of Hours, Title. If applicable add Instructor and Location
- Add the staff who took the training under “Who completed the training?”
- Do not upload a document as those will be uploaded into Payroll softwar
- Click Save
- View Training Log for one employee
- Go to Staff>Directory>Staff member you want to see
- Click on Training tab
- View Training for multiple staff members
- Go to Staff>Training
- Expand All
