Stop Placement or On Hold

• Go to Home Rosters>Licensed Homes>Open the Home
  • Click on edit, then check the box for “On Hold” under the General tab
    • Go to the Licensing tab>Placement Comments/Restrictions
      • Add to the top of the narrative box:  “NOT ACCEPTING”
  • Licensors are allowed to assign a Family as not taking placements due to taking a break, medical issues, etc.
  • Home will not be able to take placements
  • If the home is open to Respite while not taking placements, go to the Licensing tab
    • Add the necessary respite information into the “Placement Comments/Restrictions”
      • Remember to remove this when the home’s information changes
  • Click Save

Licensing/CPS Investigations

• Go to Home Rosters>Licensed Homes>Open the Home
  • Click on edit, then check the box for “Special Investigation” under the General tab
    • Go to the Licensing tab>Placement Comments/Restrictions
      • Add to the top of the narrative box:  “CPS-STOP PLACEMENT” or “LICENSING-STOP PLACEMENT”
  • Click Save
• Go to Home Rosters>Licensed Homes>Open the Home
  • Add a Licensing & CPS Investigation Report
    • Add relevant information
    • Upload any pertinent documents by clicking on the paperclip
      • Find and click Open to Upload Document
  • Click Complete
