Stop Placement on a Home and Licensing/CPS Investigations
Stop Placement or On Hold
- Go to Home Rosters>Licensed Homes>Open the Home
- Click on edit, then check the box for “On Hold” under the General tab
- Go to the Licensing tab>Placement Comments/Restrictions
- Add to the top of the narrative box: “NOT ACCEPTING”
- Go to the Licensing tab>Placement Comments/Restrictions
- Licensors are allowed to assign a Family as not taking placements due to taking a break, medical issues, etc.
- Home will not be able to take placements
- If the home is open to Respite while not taking placements, go to the Licensing tab
- Add the necessary respite information into the “Placement Comments/Restrictions”
- Remember to remove this when the home’s information changes
- Add the necessary respite information into the “Placement Comments/Restrictions”
- Click Save
- Click on edit, then check the box for “On Hold” under the General tab
Licensing/CPS Investigations
- Go to Home Rosters>Licensed Homes>Open the Home
- Click on edit, then check the box for “Special Investigation” under the General tab
- Go to the Licensing tab>Placement Comments/Restrictions
- Add to the top of the narrative box: “CPS-STOP PLACEMENT” or “LICENSING-STOP PLACEMENT”
- Go to the Licensing tab>Placement Comments/Restrictions
- Click Save
- Click on edit, then check the box for “Special Investigation” under the General tab
- Go to Home Rosters>Licensed Homes>Open the Home
- Add a Licensing & CPS Investigation Report
- Add relevant information
- Upload any pertinent documents by clicking on the paperclip
- Find and click Open to Upload Document
- Click Complete
- Add a Licensing & CPS Investigation Report
